Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy J8 has a score of 76.7, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto M's global score of 71.6. Although Samsung Galaxy J8 is newer than the Motorola Moto M, it is just a little heavier and just a bit thicker. Moto M features a sharper screen than Galaxy J8, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a better amount of pixels per inch in the display.

The Moto M counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy J8. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy J8 counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Moto M, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB and 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy J8 has just a bit longer battery performance than Motorola Moto M, because it has a 15% bigger battery capacity. Galaxy J8 features a much better camera than Moto M, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 16 MP, the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy J8 also has a larger aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations.
