Galaxy S6 is much better than Moto M, having a score of 87.4 against 71.6. The Galaxy S6 construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto M, despite of the fact that it was released around 19 months before. Galaxy S6 has a little better performance than Motorola Moto M, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics processing unit.
