The Galaxy XCover 5 is slightly better than the Moto M, having a score of 78.1 against 71.6. Even though the Galaxy XCover 5 is newer than the Moto M, it is just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. Moto M counts with a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5.
