The Xperia 10 III is much better than the Motorola Moto M, getting an 83.7 score against 71.6. The Xperia 10 III design is a lot newer, but just a bit thicker and just a little heavier than Motorola Moto M. The Xperia 10 III has a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto M, because it has a just a little more pixels per inch of display, a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution and a little bit larger screen.

Moto M and Xperia 10 III have extremely similar processing units, and although the Xperia 10 III has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Xperia 10 III has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto M, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal memory.
