The Galaxy A51 is better than Moto X (2014), getting an 85.5 score against 73.4. Even though Galaxy A51 is heavier than the Moto X (2014), it's incredibly thinner and notably newer. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy A51 has the newer 11 version and Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0, offering some nice extra features.

The Moto X (2014) features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a GPU. Motorola Moto X (2014) has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A51, because although it has a much smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy A51 takes much better photographs and videos than Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A51 also has a bigger camera aperture for better photos and video in low-light environments, a much larger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a much better storage for games and applications than Moto X (2014), because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with a really longer battery duration than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 costs a bit more than Motorola Moto X (2014), but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
