Samsung Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 83.5, which is much better than the Moto X (2014)'s score of 73.4. Both of these phones come with the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Samsung Galaxy S6 is a just a little bit lighter and much thinner device than Moto X (2014), even when they were released only a few months apart.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a bit superior processing unit than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a better GPU, a larger amount of RAM, a 64-bit processing unit and a higher number of cores. The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a greater amount of pixels per inch of display.
