Google Pixel 3a has a global score of 78.8, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto X (2014)'s general score of 73.4. Google Pixel 3a's construction is way newer and thinner, but just a little bit heavier than the Motorola Moto X (2014). Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Google Pixel 3a has newer 11 version and Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features and a performance increase.
Moto X (2014) features a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has less RAM memory and 4 lesser processing cores , it also counts with an additional GPU. The Motorola Moto X (2014) features a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3a, although it has a little bit smaller display, a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a just a little worse screen pixel density.
The Google Pixel 3a counts with a bit better camera than Moto X (2014), because although it has a camera with lesser MP and a lower video resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality and a bigger aperture for better low-light photography.
The Google Pixel 3a features a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Google Pixel 3a counts with improved battery performance than Moto X (2014), because it has a 30 percent bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Google Pixel 3a is also a lot cheaper, making it a great choice.
