The Galaxy S4 is just a bit better than the Moto X (2014), getting a global score of 76.1 against 73.4. Galaxy S4's construction is a lot thinner and a bit lighter than Moto X (2014), although it was released only 18 months before. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy S4 has 4.4.2 version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0.

Motorola Moto X (2014) features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount, the Motorola Moto X (2014) also has a much better graphics processing unit running at 450 megahertz. The Moto X (2014) and the Galaxy S4 count with extremely similar displays, because although the Galaxy S4 has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.
