Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has 14 version while Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0.

Motorola Moto X (2014) has a very superior CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 less processing cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a GPU. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a much larger display.
