Asus ZenFone 7's construction is notably newer and a little bit thinner than Moto X (2014)'s, although it's a lot heavier.
Motorola Moto X (2014) has a little sharper display than Asus ZenFone 7, because although it has a much smaller screen and a little bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a quite better amount of pixels in each inch of screen. The Asus ZenFone 7 features much more storage to install games and applications than Moto X (2014), because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal storage.
The Asus ZenFone 7 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and 4 GB more RAM. Asus ZenFone 7 takes way better videos and photos than Moto X (2014), because it has a larger aperture for better low light photos and videos, a back camera with way more mega pixels, a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a very superior battery life than Moto X (2014), because it has a 117% greater battery size.
