The Google Pixel has a general score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than the Moto X (2014)'s 73.4 global score. The Google Pixel design is noticeably newer, a little bit lighter and thinner than Moto X (2014). Moto X (2014) features a brighter display than Google Pixel, because although it has a quite inferior amount of pixels per display inch, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a bit larger screen.

Google Pixel counts with a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Moto X (2014), because it has more internal memory capacity. Moto X (2014) features a little faster CPU than Google Pixel, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a graphics processing unit.

The Google Pixel has greater battery life than Moto X (2014), because it has 2770mAh of battery capacity against 2300mAh.
