Google Pixel 4 XL is better than the Moto X (2014), with a score of 82.9 against 73.4. Although Google Pixel 4 XL is much heavier than Moto X (2014), it's somewhat thinner and also noticeably newer. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit faster CPU than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and 4 more cpu cores.

Moto X (2014) has a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a bit smaller display and a little less pixels per screen inch. Google Pixel 4 XL features a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has more internal memory.

The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a much longer battery life than Moto X (2014), because it has a 61% larger battery size. Google Pixel 4 XL captures clearer photos and videos than Moto X (2014), because although it has a lower (4K) video definition and a back facing camera with less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor which gives a higher image and video quality and a much bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and video in low light environments.

Google Pixel 4 XL costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto X (2014), but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
