Huawei P40 Lite has an overall score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto X (2014)'s score of 73.4. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Lite has a newer 10 version while Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features. The Huawei P40 Lite is a a lot newer and somewhat thinner phone than the Motorola Moto X (2014), although it is also a lot heavier.

The Moto X (2014) features a little bit better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has less RAM and less CPU cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Moto X (2014) features a much better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has more internal storage. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a really longer battery duration than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a 4200mAh battery size. Huawei P40 Lite shoots much clearer photos and videos than Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger aperture, a camera with lot more megapixels and a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a way better image and video quality.
