LG G8X ThinQ is a much newer and thinner device than the Motorola Moto X (2014), but it is noticeably heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8X ThinQ has 10 version while Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0.

The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. The Motorola Moto X (2014) features a more vivid display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher amount of pixels per inch in the display.
