The Motorola razr (2020) is much better than Moto X (2014), getting an 87 score against 73.4. Motorola razr (2020)'s body is much newer and thinner than Moto X (2014)'s, although it's heavier. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola razr (2020) has newer 11 version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0 version, counting with a couple additional features and better performance.

Moto X (2014) features a better looking screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density and a slightly better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The Motorola razr (2020) features a bit superior processor than Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (although slower).

Motorola razr (2020) features a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto X (2014), because it has 224 GB more internal memory.
