The OPPO Find X3 Neo has an overall score of 76, which is just a bit better than the Moto X (2014)'s 73.4 overall score. The OPPO Find X3 Neo design is newer and incredibly thinner than Moto X (2014)'s, although it is noticeably heavier. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but OPPO Find X3 Neo has a more recent 11 version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0, so it offers a couple additional features and enhanced performance.

Motorola Moto X (2014) features a slightly better display than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixel density. OPPO Find X3 Neo has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Moto X (2014), because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.

The OPPO Find X3 Neo counts with just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and 4 more processing cores. OPPO Find X3 Neo counts with a much longer battery life than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 2300mAh.

OPPO Find X3 Neo features a way better camera than Motorola Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has faster video frame rates, a much more megapixels back facing camera and a larger aperture for better photography in low light environments.

Although OPPO Find X3 Neo is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto X (2014), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto X (2014). So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Moto X (2014), giving up some specs and features.
