The Galaxy M13 is better than the Moto X (2014), getting a general score of 81.1 against 73.4. Galaxy M13 is a way newer and thinner cellphone than the Moto X (2014), but it's a lot heavier. These phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy M13 has a more recent 12 version and Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0, so it offers some extra features.

Motorola Moto X (2014) counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels amount in each inch in the display. Galaxy M13 has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto X (2014), because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity.
