The Galaxy Note8 is much better than Moto X (2014), having a score of 83 against 73.4. Galaxy Note8's design is a lot newer and thinner than Moto X (2014)'s, although it's also noticeably heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0.

Motorola Moto X (2014) counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Note8, although it has a little lower screen pixel density, a little smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080. Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
