Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S21 has a newer 11 version and Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 features a bit better processing unit than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 6 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
