The Galaxy S7 has a general score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto X (2014)'s 73.4 general score. Galaxy S7's body is newer and notably thinner, but a little bit heavier than the Motorola Moto X (2014). Galaxy S7 has a little bit better looking screen than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen.

The Moto X (2014) features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a GPU. Samsung Galaxy S7 features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto X (2014), and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S7 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 200 GB.

The Galaxy S7 features better battery duration than Moto X (2014), because it has a 30 percent greater battery capacity.
