Galaxy S7 edge has an overall score of 78.1, which is a bit better than the Moto X (2014)'s overall score of 73.4. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S7 edge has 8.0 Oreo version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0. The Galaxy S7 edge body is newer and thinner, but a little heavier than Moto X (2014).

The Motorola Moto X (2014) counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, although it has a bit smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen. The Moto X (2014) has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a GPU.

Galaxy S7 edge is a bit more expensive than Moto X (2014), but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
