Xiaomi 12S Ultra is better than Motorola Moto X (2014), having an 81 score against 73.4. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra design is noticeably lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola Moto X (2014). Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the newer 12 version while Motorola Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0, so it offers a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
