Xiaomi Mi Max is just a bit better than the Moto X (2014), with a global score of 77.5 against 73.4. Xiaomi Mi Max's construction is newer and much thinner than Moto X (2014)'s, although it is also extremely heavier. Moto X (2014) counts with a better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a little bit higher pixels count per display inch.
The Motorola Moto X (2014) has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Xiaomi Mi Max has much more memory capacity for apps and games than Moto X (2014), because it has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB and more internal storage.
The Xiaomi Mi Max has just a bit better camera than Motorola Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a larger camera aperture and a better 16 mega pixels resolution camera. Xiaomi Mi Max counts with a way better battery lifetime than Moto X (2014), because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity instead of 2300mAh.
