Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is much better than the Moto X Pure Edition (2015)'s 74.1 general score. The Huawei P40 Pro design is extremely newer and much thinner than Moto X Pure Edition (2015)'s, although it's also somewhat heavier. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit superior CPU than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.

Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) has a little sharper display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a quite higher display density. The Huawei P40 Pro captures way better photographs and videos than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger camera aperture, a much larger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, higher video frame rates and a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.

Huawei P40 Pro counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Pro has a much better battery life than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
