The Moto G8 Power has an overall score of 76, which is a bit better than Moto X Pure Edition (2015)'s 74.1 general score. Moto G8 Power's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a bit heavier than Moto X Pure Edition (2015). The Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) features a little more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels number per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
Moto G8 Power counts with a little better processing power than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has more cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Motorola Moto G8 Power has a quite bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a way better battery duration than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Moto X Pure Edition (2015) shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Moto X Pure Edition (2015) also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs.
