Samsung Galaxy S8 has an overall score of 81.7, which is better than Moto X Pure Edition (2015)'s 74.1 score. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat lighter and a lot thinner than the Moto X Pure Edition (2015). Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better screen than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has a just a little greater display pixels density, a slightly higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a bit larger screen.

Galaxy S8 counts with just a bit more storage for apps and games than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S8 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 256 GB.
