The Galaxy S7 is a bit better than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), getting a overall score of 79.5 against 73.8. Even when the Galaxy S7 and the Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) were released with only 8 months difference, the Galaxy S7 is somewhat lighter and thinner. The Galaxy S7 features just a little better processing power than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has more CPU cores and more RAM memory.

The Galaxy S7 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 2560 resolution, the Galaxy S7 also counts with a just a bit higher screen pixels density. The Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) has a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with more internal storage.
