HTC U Ultra has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Moto X Style's global score of 74.1. The HTC U Ultra construction is newer, just a little bit lighter and noticeably thinner than Moto X Style. HTC U Ultra has just a little better performance than Motorola Moto X Style, because although it has 2 lesser CPU cores (but faster), it also counts with more RAM.
Moto X Style and HTC U Ultra count with really similar displays, both have the same exact 1440 x 2560 resolution, the same screen density and a display of the same size. The Moto X Style captures a little bit better pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller sensor which gives a worse image and video quality and a tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Moto X Style also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels.
The HTC U Ultra counts with a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Moto X Style, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. HTC U Ultra's battery duration is very similar to Motorola Moto X Style's battery performance.
