The Motorola Moto Z2 Play is a newer device, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto X Style. Moto Z2 Play features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Moto X Style, because it has a higher number of faster cores and 1 GB more RAM.
The Moto X Style features just a bit better display than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution, a bit larger display and a higher pixels count per inch of display. The Moto Z2 Play features a superior storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Moto X Style, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Moto Z2 Play also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
