Galaxy Note 5 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto X Style, having a overall score of 79.3 against 74.1. Even when the Galaxy Note 5 and the Motorola Moto X Style were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Note 5 is extremely thinner and just a little lighter. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a brighter display than Moto X Style. They have a better count of pixels per inch of screen, the same resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a same size screen.
The Motorola Moto X Style features a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola Moto X Style also has a SD card slot that supports up to 128 GB. The Moto X Style has a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores (although slower).
The Moto X Style counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Moto X Style also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
Galaxy Note 5's battery performance is very similar to Motorola Moto X Style's battery life.
