Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone is slightly better than Moto X4, getting a overall score of 77.1 against 74.4. Although Asus ROG Phone is newer than the Moto X4, it is heavier and a little bit thicker. Asus ROG Phone features a little bit better looking screen than Motorola Moto X4, because although it has a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a larger screen.
Asus ROG Phone has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Moto X4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone has a little better performance than Motorola Moto X4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM memory.
Motorola Moto X4 has a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs and/or video in low-light environments, they both have the same video resolution and a same size back camera sensor.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with superior battery life than Moto X4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Moto X4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto X4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Moto X4, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
