The Moto X4 features just a bit better camera than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a back camera with a 12 megapixels, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and a F2 camera aperture, the Moto X4 also has a bigger sensor providing a better image quality.
The Moto Z3 costs a little more than Motorola Moto X4, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
