Comparison review

Galaxy J8 has a global score of 76.7, which is a little bit better than Moto X4's 74.4 general score. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, we must tell that it is also a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. Motorola Moto X4 has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a way better pixel count per inch of display.

The Motorola Moto X4 counts with a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto X4 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

The Galaxy J8 features a bit better battery duration than Moto X4, because it has a 17% greater battery capacity. The Moto X4 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy J8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos and a much less mega-pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way higher video resolution.
