The Galaxy Note 3 is a little bit better than the Moto X4, getting a score of 80.7 against 74.4. The Galaxy Note 3 body is incredibly older, just a little heavier and a bit thicker than Moto X4. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3's processor is very similar to the CPU in Moto X4, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has an additional graphics co-processor, they both have a 3 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a little more vivid display than Moto X4, because although it has a just a little inferior amount of pixels per screen inch, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with a bit bigger screen. Motorola Moto X4 features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.

The Motorola Moto X4 captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a worse video resolution and a lesser megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations and a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality.

The Galaxy Note 3 features a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto X4, because it has a 7% more battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bit cheaper, making it an easy choice.
