The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a global score of 77.4, which is just a bit better than Moto Z Droid Edition's 75.6 overall score. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s construction is noticeably newer than Moto Z Droid Edition's, although it is thicker and a lot heavier. These phones come with Android OS, but the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has 9.0 Pie version and Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.

The Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a slightly better looking display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater display pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) counts with more memory for games and applications than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a little bit better hardware performance than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much longer battery life than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s camera is very similar to the Moto Z Droid Edition one, and although the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a camera in the back with a worse resolution, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
