The HTC U Ultra has a global score of 77, which is a little bit better than Moto Z Droid Edition's 75.6 general score. HTC U Ultra is better than Moto Z Droid Edition, it must be noted that it's also a incredibly thicker and way heavier cellphone. The Moto Z Droid Edition has a little bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 4 cpu cores.
