Huawei P30 Pro's design is newer, but thicker and much heavier than Moto Z Droid Edition. The Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a slightly better screen than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
