Moto G 5G Plus is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, getting a overall score of 82.6 against 75.6. Although Moto G 5G Plus is incredibly newer than the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, it is notably thicker and noticeably heavier. Moto Z Droid Edition has a bit better looking display than Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per display inch and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.

Motorola Moto G 5G Plus has a bit better processing power than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus also has a greater number of cores. Moto G 5G Plus takes much better photos and videos than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Moto G 5G Plus also has a bigger camera aperture for better photos and video in low-light situations and a way better resolution back facing camera.

The Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has a greater storage for games and applications than Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G 5G Plus features a way better battery performance than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
