Moto G51 5G is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, with a overall score of 77.8 against 75.6. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Moto G51 5G has the older 11 version and Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Even though the Moto G51 5G is way newer than the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, it's extremely thicker and notably heavier.
Moto G51 5G has a little bit better performance than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Moto G51 5G also has 4 more processing cores. The Moto Z Droid Edition has a slightly better looking display than Motorola Moto G51 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better screen density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Moto Z Droid Edition has much more memory to install games and applications than Motorola Moto G51 5G, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto Z Droid Edition also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Moto G51 5G takes much clearer videos and photos than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a same size aperture, the Moto G51 5G also has a back facing camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution and faster video frame rates.
Moto G51 5G counts with a superior battery life than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
