The Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than the Moto Z Droid Edition, getting a overall score of 76.3 against 75.6. Galaxy Alpha's body is lighter but extremely thicker than Moto Z Droid Edition. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy Alpha has the previous 4.4.4 version while Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat.

The Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a little bit better display than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, much more pixels per inch in the display and a bigger display. Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a bit faster CPU than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha also counts with an extra GPU.
