The Galaxy J8 has a score of 76.7, which is slightly better than the Moto Z Droid Edition's 75.6 global score. Galaxy J8's body is newer, but extremely heavier and way thicker than Moto Z Droid Edition. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy J8 has an older 10 version and Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Moto Z Droid Edition has a much better looking display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of display and a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy J8, although it has 4 lesser CPU cores , they both have 4 GB of RAM memory. The Moto Z Droid Edition shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy J8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and video and a worse resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy J8 has improved battery duration than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
