The Galaxy XCover Pro has a score of 81, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition's 75.6 global score. These devices include Android operating system, but Galaxy XCover Pro has an older 11 version while Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat. Galaxy XCover Pro's design is extremely newer than the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition's, although it is incredibly thicker and notably heavier.

The Moto Z Droid Edition features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels count in each inch of display and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Galaxy XCover Pro features a bit faster processing unit than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a greater number of cores (and they are faster).

Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro counts with just a bit better camera than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also has a larger camera aperture for better low light photos and videos and a camera in the back with a way higher 25 megapixels resolution.

The Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Moto Z Droid Edition also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features a much longer battery duration than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has a 56% greater battery capacity.
