The Sony Xperia XZs is just a bit better than Moto Z Droid Edition, getting a overall score of 77.2 against 75.6. Despite being the best device in this review, it must be told that it is also a somewhat heavier and much thicker device. Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a higher count of pixels per inch of screen, a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a quite bigger screen.

Xperia XZs's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, both of them have a Quad-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM memory. Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZs, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage.

The Sony Xperia XZs counts with just a little better battery duration than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has a 12% bigger battery size. Sony Xperia XZs shoots way better videos and photos than Moto Z Droid Edition, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light images and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia XZs also counts with better video frame rates and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
