The Motorola Edge 40 is slightly better than the Moto Z Force Droid Edition, getting a general score of 77.2 against 76.4. The Motorola Edge 40 design is notably newer than the Moto Z Force Droid Edition's, but it is just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker. Motorola Edge 40 features a slightly better screen than Motorola Moto Z Force Droid Edition, because although it has a just a bit lower quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a little worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a larger screen.

The Motorola Moto Z Force Droid Edition has a much powerful processor than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 4 less processing cores (although they are faster) and less RAM memory. The Motorola Edge 40 features a much better camera than Moto Z Force Droid Edition, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a way better 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a lot larger camera aperture to capture better captures in low light environments.

The Moto Z Force Droid Edition features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge 40 has superior battery life than Motorola Moto Z Force Droid Edition, because it has a 26% bigger battery capacity.
