HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z Force, having a 77 score against 75.8. HTC U Ultra is a just a little thicker and just a bit heavier cellphone than Motorola Moto Z Force. Moto Z Force counts with a slightly better display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 2560, the Moto Z Force also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch.
HTC U Ultra features as much storage capacity to store more apps and games as the Moto Z Force one, they have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB and the same 64 GB internal storage. The Moto Z Force counts with a bit more powerful CPU than HTC U Ultra. Both of them have a Quad-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto Z Force, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto Z Force. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Motorola Moto Z Force, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
