Motorola Edge 40 is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Force, getting a 77.2 score against 75.8. Even though Motorola Edge 40 is way newer than the Motorola Moto Z Force, it's a bit heavier and a little thicker. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 40 has older 13 version and Motorola Moto Z Force has Android 7.0 Nougat.

Motorola Edge 40 features a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto Z Force, because although it has a bit lower screen pixel density and a little bit lower 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a larger screen. The Moto Z Force counts with a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
