OnePlus 8 UW has a score of 75.9, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z Force's 75.8 global score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the OnePlus 8 UW has the previous 10 version while Motorola Moto Z Force has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The OnePlus 8 UW design is a lot newer, but a little heavier and a bit thicker than the Motorola Moto Z Force.
