Galaxy M30 is a little bit better than Moto Z Force, getting a overall score of 82.4 against 75.8. Galaxy M30's design is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and a bit heavier than Moto Z Force. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Moto Z Force has Android 7.0 Nougat version, giving some additional features.
