The Galaxy XCover FieldPro body is noticeably newer than the Moto Z Force's, although it is notably heavier and notably thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Moto Z Force has Android 7.0 Nougat version, giving some extra features.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit better performance than Moto Z Force, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a higher number of faster cores. Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit better looking display than Motorola Moto Z Force, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 2560 resolution, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also counts with a bit higher pixel count per inch of screen.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto Z Force, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto Z Force. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Motorola Moto Z Force, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
