Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is way better than Motorola Moto Z Play Droid's general score of 71.8. Xperia 1 III's body is much newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Motorola Moto Z Play Droid. The Xperia 1 III has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z Play Droid, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 III also has 9 GB more RAM.
